Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change. If you need to cancel, no worries! Just let us know at least 30 days before your trip and we’ll refund you (minus any processing fees). Cancellations made within 30 days of your trip date can’t be refunded — our crew’s already gearing up for your adventure. If bad weather or something out of our control forces us to cancel, you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund. Thanks for understanding, and we can’t wait to get you out on the water!
